1. PG-13 only. No slurs, hate speech, or explicit content. Mild frustration is fine; profanity is not.
2. Anonymous posting. No accounts. Optional display names. Don't doxx neighbors.
3. Not official. Nothing here is HOA, D.R. Horton, or management company communication.
4. No spam. Max 3 posts per hour per connection. Honeypots catch bots.
5. Moderation. Flagged posts may be held for review. Repeat offenders get removed.
6. Humor welcome. Phantom SUV jokes encouraged. Punch up at bureaucracy, not down at neighbors.
7. Serious topics OK. Transition to homeowner control, safety, and events — just keep it civil.
