About this site

This is a community-run website built by neighbors, for neighbors. It is not affiliated with D.R. Horton, any property management company, or an official HOA portal.

Why we built it

Horn Valley is still under developer control. Decisions often arrive from far away. Communication can be sporadic. Sometimes we learn more from group channels than from formal notices.

We created this site to share events, explain how HOAs work (with and without sarcasm), and give residents a place to connect along with the Facebook private group while we all cope until homeowner management is a reality.

What we're aiming for

• Clear, informed and lighthearted information for residents
• Humor that doesn't punch down at neighbors
• A path toward resident-led governance
• An anonymous forum that's PG-13 and actually readable
